If cover is arranged with Abergele Insurance, they will confirm cover to us on your behalf.
If any other insurance company is used, please provide the park with a copy of your insurance certificate.
Our park offers a number of services in order to keep your holiday home as good as the day you bought it:
Spring Clean - A full interior clean from top to bottom Exterior Clean - A full clean of the exterior to keep your home in the best condition
Whilst our parks are closed in the winter it is necessary to completely drain your caravan of all water and ensure that your boiler is topped up with anti freeze, then when the park reopens your caravan will need to be connected to the water supply once more. We can take care of all the hard work.
In the event that something goes wrong with your caravan holiday home our maintenance teams are on hand to look after everything. We also offer an out of hours call out service.
For the first referral that you introduce we will pay you £200.
For the second referral that you introduce we will pay you £300.
For the third and every subsequent referral that you introduce we will pay you £500.
