LODGE RUNNING COSTS

Mountain View Lodges are available for a full 12 months holiday season. This means you can holiday in your lodge at any point in the year. The annual running costs do vary from year to year and invariably go up in line with consumer pricing.

The prices for 2016 are as follows:

Site Fees - £4,020

This also includes the water and rates charge

Gas

Metered and charged for twice a year

Electric

Metered and charged for twice a year

Insurance

Lodge insurance can be provided by any insurer, our partner company is Leisure Days and a lodge costs around £450 to insure for a year, you are under no obligation to use our partner company.

Safety Tests

Gas and Electric safety tests are annual and £55 each

Winterisation

Should you require us to winterise your lodge the fee is £55 to include reconnection (Recommended for when the lodge is unnoccupied during long winter periods)

FINANCE EXAMPLES

We use a panel of lenders who can provide finance for lodges for periods up to 15 years at a fixed APR. The examples below are using Black Horse Finance on 10 year agreements. Please feel free to contact us to discuss alternative quotations from any of our lenders. We can normally tailor make a finance package to suit your personal circumstances.

If you currently own a static caravan, touring caravan or a motorhome then we can take this in part exchange and use it towards your deposit and subject to enough equity we can arrange the finance from £1,000 deposit plus your part exchange.
